Delaney Gaddis and Deborah Limmer Memorial Dedication

On July 23, 2018, 5 year old Delaney Gaddis and her grandmother, Deborah Limmer, were simply taking a morning walk when they were struck and killed by a vehicle being operated by an intoxicated driver.
Delaney’s father, Brian, is a Baltimore County Police Officer and a member of Brothers Before Others.
On August 24th, 2019, with permission from the Gaddis family, Baltimore County and in conjunction with select sponsors, BBO will be dedicating a memorial in Delaney and Deborah’s memory. The memorial will be placed at the Spring Lake Park located in Lutherville-Timonium, MD. This location was chosen by Brian and Jennifer as it has special to meaning to them as a family.
The dedication service, scheduled for 10AM and free to attend, is open to the public.
