“Taste of the Town’ for Jake

Please join Brothers Before Others member Greg Shallop (Mount Arlington PD) and his friends/family as they raise money to assist with their son’s battle.
Greg’s son, Jake, has been fighting Leukemia since he was 20 months old, having recently received a bone marrow transplant, forcing the cancer into remission. Jake also has permanent vision difficulties as a result of a battle with “CMZ Retinitis”, a virus that strikes the retinas of the eyes of those with a compromised immune system.
The battle has required Jake to stay home, unable to attend school with his friends. His mother is also required to stay home and out of work with him in order to help him heal properly.
The family friendly event will feature food from over 20 local restaurants, DJ, band, cash bar, a cornhole competition and prizes.
